Shipping?

I'm based in the US and ship worldwide except for countries USPS cannot ship to! Customers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may apply to their orders.

Please keep in mind that processing and shipping times will vary depending on where you are ordering from! Typically I send out orders in bulk once a week on Mondays. The estimated shipping time that is shown on the check out page (e.g. Standard shipping for domestic orders is 3-5 days) is the estimated time of arrival once the parcel is dropped off at the post office. If there are any problems with international shipping options, please contact me for more information!

***Because of the recent GPSR restrictions, I cannot ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at the moment! Until I am able to ship there again, any orders placed from those areas will be cancelled and refunded.
 

Order refunds/returns/cancellations?

All orders are final, meaning I do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after the order is marked as shipped. 

In the event that the item is damaged upon arrival, please email me a picture of said damaged item and I can either offer you a refund of the item itself, or send you another one (only if the item arrives already damaged, please - not if it was damaged after already being used!). However, the refund does not include refunding the shipping cost, and you would have to pay the shipping fee again if a replacement were to be sent. Thank you for your understanding!

Item restocking/preorder items?

If your order includes both preorder and in stock items, everything will be shipped out to you together once the preorder item is in stock! Preordered items will typically arrive for you 2-4 months after placing the order.

Preorder periods typically last 1-2 weeks depending on the item (this will be specified on social media and the item description!). After the initial period is over, I will have the item in limited stock!
